Luxury Boutique Spa & Wellness Center, serving a primarily wealthy clientele in the seaside resort town of Ocean City, Maryland (We’ve just relocated from Los Angeles - so think cosmopolitan luxury). We purchase "the best money can buy" for all of our skincare products, instruments, etc. Just step into our "Art Lounge" and see. We also continuously train you to be "top-of-your-trade." We are membership-based and appointment-based. We care for our members like they are a part of our family. Likewise, this is how we treat our "partners" (you!). You will also be a part of the Wellness Center community that treats the "whole-person," with WELLtalks, classes, counseling and coaching in Abraham Maslow's “8 Areas of Wellness.” See, our partner: DrRootFoundation.org
Company History
Actualize Wellness Spa (actwellspa,com) is the combined effort of Beauty Director Cindy Lam and Wellness Director Professor Richard Root. Ms. Lam was born in Singapore and trained in Singaporean and London institutes. She has practiced her art in cosmopolitan Los Angeles for over 25 years. Prof Root has an educational background in some of the nation's top schools. He started the first iteration of Actualize Wellness Center in 1999, in association with the DrRootFoundation.org. Ms. Lam and Prof. Root combined forces in a move from California to create a combined day spa and wellness center to help people "actualize" themselves both inside and outside.

Hours
Appointment-based. Late-morning, afternoon. Early evenings with growth (Only membership clients you know) . Rarely, walk-ins.

You will find your directors are kind, caring , gregarious and understanding, as we hope you will be.
Pay structure:
$13 per hour sit-time, 30/70 commission split ($27 - $36).
40/60 split commission, with no sit-time. ($36 - $48).
The sky is the limit after this, with your supplemental pay outlined above.
You can switch your pay structure to benefit you, with 30 days notice.
