Description
ELMT is hiring a Full Time Medical and Sports Massage Therapist
We're a dedicated medical and sports massage practice focused on injury recovery, pain management, mobility, and athletic performance. We are booked out with a growing waitlist and hiring a full-time therapist to work alongside the owner.
This is not a spa. No upselling, no add-ons, just skilled, honest, outcome-focused bodywork in a respectful environment.
Dual License opportunity for Illinois Indiana therapists! We have mobile clients in Illinois and a home office in Indiana!
Compensation:
$30/hour hands-on, with raises tied to clinical skills (lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage move you up)
$9/hour for paid setup and turnover time (30 min before your first client, 30 min after each session)
100% of tips, no deductions
Optional mobile work paid at a higher rate
Continuing education support; license renewal and professional insurance reimbursed for committed therapists
Requirements:
Indiana massage therapy license, or eligibility to obtain it
Genuine commitment to medical/sports massage (neuromuscular, myofascial, sports, or injury-treatment background a plus)
Available for chair massage events, including some evenings/weekends, especially in the first 3 months (paid)
Physical stamina for a full clinical session load
Illinois license a plus (required for Illinois mobile work); reliable vehicle for optional mobile
Newer therapists who are serious about clinical work are welcome, training provided. Fit matters more than years on a resume.
