Licensed Massage Therapist

Charles Scott Salons & Spas is seeking a talented, dependable and guest-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our established spa team. We welcome both experienced professionals and newly licensed massage therapists who are excited to grow their careers in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage services tailored to each guest’s needs and preferences.
• Conduct thorough consultations and communicate clearly regarding pressure, areas of concern and treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate guest notes and service documentation.
• Educate guests on appropriate massage frequency, wellness recommendations and available services.
• Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and thoughtful pre-booking.
• Maintain a clean, organized and relaxing treatment room.
• Follow all sanitation, safety and professional licensing requirements.
• Assist with laundry, room preparation and other shared spa responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with the front desk, spa providers and salon leadership.
• Participate in team meetings, training opportunities and salon promotions.
• Represent Charles Scott with professionalism, warmth and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio Massage Therapy License, or eligibility to obtain licensure upon graduation.
• Professional liability insurance as required.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Dependable, punctual and able to manage an appointment schedule efficiently.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to customize services based on guest needs and contraindications.
• Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays based on salon demand.
• Previous spa or massage experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
