Description

Compensation:

Admin pay: $20 per hour
Clinical Service Hour Rate: $30+ per service/per hour
Appointment Based Hourly Massage Rate: $45-$50 (based on experience)
We offer a blended compensation model to help ensure a consistent and stable income
Responsibilities include:

Deliver clinical massage treatments tailored to individual patient needs.
Assist with light front desk duties, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and clinic privacy standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited massage therapy school and certificate of completion.
Current Illinois Massage Therapist License in good standing (students and recent graduates also eligible).
Ongoing participation in continuing education (preferred).
Must comply with all state and local regulations for massage therapy.
Clinical experience with conditions such as plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and shoulder impingement, ;referred.
